On Saturday morning November 13, 2010 @ 08:17 am Caroline County dispatched the Marydel Fire Company (sta 56), Goldsboro Fire Company (sta 700), and Kent County Delaware Station 51 (Hartly) for a reported stucture fire. Office 56-25 advised Caroline that he was on location and structure was involved. Engine 56-1 went responding with a crew of 6, officer 56-16 (Simonsen). The Tanker went responding with a crew of 2, office 56-24 (LePore), Rescue 56 with a crew of 5, Officer 56-21 (Bolden). Engine 1 arrived, stucture involved with a severe exposure problem on the delta side, Laying a 4 inch supply line,officer 56-16 established Henderson Road Command. Crews quickley deployed the front trash line and a 2-1/2 inch blitz line on the Delta side where the exposure problem was. Engine 703 arrived, command had them come up the lane and assist with extinguishment. Tanker 706 arrived, charged the supply line and established water supply. Tanker 56 arrived, command had officer 56-24 be water supply. Engine 51-3 and tanker 51 arrived and command had crews come up and assist with overhaul. Scene was placed under control after quick knockdown with units working. Md. State FMO was called to the scene. Ambulance B-51 and Caroline PM-17 had rehab. Units cleared and returned.
