At 2207 hrs, Station 56 and Station 51 (Hartly) was alerted for report of a residential structure fire. Command 56 arrived reporting a single family dwelling with heavy fire showing.56-17 established Westville Road Command. Command requested a Tanker Company from Caroline County Station 700 (Goldsboro). Engine 56-1 arrived pulling 2 1"3/4 attack lines and began extinguishment. 56-1's crew was assisted by 51-2,Squad 41,51-5,CC702. Once the fire was controlled crews began extensive overhaul to ensure the fire was extinguished. No injuries were reported. Additional units on scene: Tanker 56,Tanker 706,Fire Police, State Fire Marshal Office, and 56-15 . Station 43 (Cheswold) provided the Engine Co. Standby.
