Assist Station 700 with Structure Fire

At 0005 hrs the MVFC was alerted to respond to assist station 700 Golsboro with report of a structure fire. 56-1 quickly responded with a crew of 6. While enroute command advised all incoming units to reduce to cold response. 56-3 was directed to stand by at station 700. 56-1 arrived and assisted units onscene with investigation and extinguishment.Tanker 56 staged onscene until released by command. At 0227 hrs Command placed situation under control units returned to quarters.
