On Saturday evening March 19, 2011 Queen Annes Communications alerted Station 6 for Rescue box 6-5 for an MVC with reported rollover and entrapment. Caroline County Alerted Marydel Fire Company at 11:22 hours to assist Queen Annes County station 6. Engine 56-1 went responding with a crew of 8 with officer 56-16 (Simonsen), engine 56-4 went responding with a crew of 4 officer 56-18 (Christ). Engine one arrived first to a two vehicle mvc with one vehicle on it's roof. Officer 56-16 established Barclay Road Command. It was determined there was no entrapment, occupants of the overturned vehicle had fled the scene. Chief 6 and Rescue 6 arrived, command had then search the perimeter, while Ambulance 60 and Paramedics 600 and Paramedic 17 worked on two patients. Ambualnce 60 transported two to Chester River. Command Placed situation under control and units cleared as scene was turned over to MSP.
