On Tuesday Afternoon November 30, 2010 Caroline County dispatched Marydel Fire Company for a smoke investigation in the area of Crownstone road and Lepore Road. Arriving units found a outside debris fire. Fire was extinguished. While clearing this incident fire policeman 56-32 advised Kent Center of a large outside debris fire. Officer 56-23 (Olechny) investigated and requested Kent Center to Dispatch Marydel due to wind conditions and exposure. Units extinguished fire and cleared. At 21:55 hours Kent Center alerted the Marydel Fire Company for a reported MVC in the area of 3777 Mud Mill Road. 56-15 (Madden) went responding, engine 56-1 with a crew of 8, officer 56-16 (simonsen), Rescue 56 crew of 5, officer 56-21 (Bolden). 56-15 arrived on scene advised Kent Center single vehicle MVC, vehicle overturned, off the roadway. 56-15 established Mud Mill Rd. command. Command advised all units to slow down response, possible patient refusal. Units arrived, stabilized vehicle, checked on patient. All units cleared and returned.
