Was dispatched to a woods fire 1547hrs. 56-18 PJ Olechny went responding and advised Kent Center that smoke was visible. They then advised that the woods fire is involving vehicles. A/C PJ Olechny went on location with four cars involved with a debri pile and 1/4 acer woods on fire and assumed Mahans Corner rd command. Brush 56-0 was first to arrive Command had 56-24 LT Bolden pull the booster line and start flowing foam on the cars and had 56-22 Captain Mills check the perimiter. 56-4 then supplied 56-0 and FF Josh Reese with SCBA took over the booster line. Tanker 56 supplied 56-4. 56-21 Captain Christ along with FF Isaac Ponce de leon hooked a foresty line up to 56-4 and started putting out the woods fire. DNREC was advised of incident. Was placed undercontrol at 1620hrs and all units in station by 1638hrs. Units on scene: Engine 56-4, Brush 56-0, Tanker 56, 56-18, Fire Police 56-31.
